This annual event is free and open to the public, and includes an opening ceremony on Friday, December 2. Families are also invited to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus through December 24. For those attending the Festival of Lights, their experience is enhanced by delightful teen "Elves" who greet everyone with Aloha and a Candy Cane. Once inside the Historic County Building, the "Docents" make the displays come alive by sharing the story of the Festival of Lights.
