Hawaii Food and Wine Festival presents Bourbon, Brews and BBQ on October 28, 2022 from 6-9pm at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on Hawaii Island!
Travel down the hill from Paniolo country—home of Hawaii’s ranch and cattle culture—for a celebration of all things BBQ! The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel hosts ten excellent chefs from across the country, four of whom are from our own backyard, to play with fire and share their diverse influences on the barbecue tradition. Enjoy grilled, smoked and slow-cooked dishes with a local twist, paired with your favorite fixin’s and sides. With a little bourbon, craft brews, and local, grazed and raised beef, this BBQ Grand Tasting is sure to turn up the heat on your taste buds!
