The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival is the premier on the Island of Hawaii featuring over 150 internationally reputed culinary personalities, master chefs, winemakers and mixologists.
The 13th Annual Food and Wine Festival event is on multiple islands celebrating the culinary masterpieces by world-renowed chefs as well as wine parings. The event also pays it forward through contributions for non-profit charitable organizations that support local educational, cultural, and, of course, food sustainability programs.
Taste our love for the land! Join us for a grand tasting event that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of indigenous communities from around the world at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel this fall. Embark on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey with 10 esteemed chefs showcasing their talents by using indigenous ingredients and cooking traditions that offer a glimpse into the culture and history of their respective regions. Meet the chefs active in the revitalization of their respective food systems and experts in indigenous food culture. From Turtle Island (North America) tribes—Oglala Lakota, Kickapoo and Puyallup—to nations in the Caribbean and the Pacific—Maori, Samoan and Hawaiian—expand your tastebuds with creative dishes that reclaim important ancestral food knowledge once lost. Plus, enjoy wines aged in some of the best cellars in the world, and craft cocktails and brews to enhance the flavors of your culinary exploration.
