5th Annual Poipu Food & Wine Festival is a three-day event featuring Kauai’s diverse culinary talents, supporting the Culinary Arts Program at KCC.
Kauai Local Favorites Cooking Class – 11:00am – 2:00pm – $125
This event features Kauai Community College Culinary Arts students , and held at the KCC Campus, featuring Hawaii’s finest chefs wine parings, live music and silent auction filled with .
A portion of the proceeds from the Gala help with the continued development of KCC’s Culinary Arts Program by providing financial assistance for students in need. The Program trains a number of students each year and many of the graduates go on to find jobs in the local culinary industry.
Wednesday, October 25th
Demonstration by the students of the Kauai Community College Culinary Arts Program
Discover the freshest island ingredients at the weekly Kauai Culinary Market hosted by the Shops at Kukui’ula in partnership with the Kauai County Farm Bureau, October 25th from 3:30 to 6:00pm in the traditional pau hana (after work) style. Local musicians will be performing while open-air market will feature locally grown fruits, vegetables and many gourmet specialties!
At 5:00pm, the Palm Court will have a special culinary demonstration by the students of the Kauai Community College Culinary Arts Program. Students will utilize fresh, local ingredients and offer small plates for purchase. Event is free to attend.

Pa’ina Gala

An exquisite epicurean event highlighting the students of the Kauai Community College Culinary Arts Program, and held on the KCC Campus, features some of Hawaii’s finest chefs and perfectly paired wine, live music and a silent auction.

The Poipu Pa’ina is hosted by the Poipu Beach Foundation and Kauai Community College and with support from the Hawaii Tourism Authority through the Community Enrichment Program.
