“Show Down at the Stables” The Turtle Bay Pro-Am is a family friendly bodyboarding event for the islands aspiring Junior and Professional riders. Divisions include professional Men’s, Open Women’s, Juniors 17 & under. Holding period is November 10th – 12th with the event set to take place on one of the three days. Kaikeha is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by watermen Chris Burkart and Jeff Hubbard focused on engaging the youth of Hawai’i in water sports activities to foster a lifelong connection with the ocean by nurturing a competitive athletic spirit. Kaikeha hosts bodyboarding contests around the state of Hawai’i to promote the sport of bodyboarding.
