Cuatro is a restaurant that bills itself as “for everyone”. Guests are welcome from the beach or the hotel room. Cuatro was voted “Best New Restaurant on Maui” by the Maui News in 2009. Owner/Chef Eric Arbogast is a veteran of several popular Maui kitchens. His menu mingles Latin and Pacific Rim fare.
