Kahuku Golf Course might be the most unique golf experience one can have on Oahu. The nine hole course traces it roots back to sugar mill workers in the 1920s. It’s now run by the city of Honolulu. It is a nine hole layout that might be on the most spectacular piece of land of any course on the island.

What makes Kahuku unique is that the course and the amenities are no frills, and that’s an understatement. The greens aren’t great, the fairways and rough aren’t too defined, and beachgoers will wander through the course during your round. But the walk and the scenery are second to none.

Super cheap, no clubhouse, try to bring your own clubs.
