This hike will take a few hours to complete and is about 5 miles round trip.
One of the more accessible ridge trails for new hikers and travelers, this hike will take you through beautiful greenery, pine trees and tree arches. Towards the end of the hike you will see some steps that lead to a steep incline. These steps were erected for your safety and to help prevent erosion, so please stay on them. The climb up from there is steep, but once at the summit, witness panoramic views of Waimanalo, Hawaii Kai, Mokuluas, the tip of Koolau summit, Rabbit Island and Koko Head Crater.
Tip: When you come across a fork, bare right. Stay on the beaten path.
