A popular restaurant, Postcards Cafe, is located in a charming plantation cottage that dates back to the 1800s and is decorated in the style of Old Hawai‘i. The outstanding menu includes fresh isle fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes, plus one-of-a-kind desserts made with fresh organic ingredients from Kaua‘i without the use of meat, poultry, refined sugar or foods with chemical additives.
The fresh fish entrees have made their reputation, but the Fennel Crusted Lobster Tail served with velvety mashed potatoes, creamed leeks, zucchini and white truffle asparagus sauce is an exception. Another popular dish is The Tandoori, tangy curried coconut broth with generous amounts of rice, carrots, onions and green vegetables. Popular desserts include the Chocolate Volcano, Lilikoi Mousse. Delightful!
