You are oceanfront at the Royal Lahaina Resort’s Luau grounds on the beautiful Kaanapali Beach. The natives are preparing your dinner in the imu, (an underground stove) the traditional way of cooking. You watch in “awe” as they take the Kalua Pig (Roast Pork) out of the imu, one of your entree’s tonight. You are served tropical drinks such as a Hawaiian Mai Tai or a Blue Hawaii which puts you in the Luau Mood. The delightful Luau Emcee appears on stage to inform you what you can expect for the rest of the evening.
